Long range Data transmission in Marine

I am Working in a project to transmit test data about 32 kilometers I have reffered LoRA /LoWA Doesnt Suits.. suggest me which Borad or wireless technology which can transmit and recieve Text data in the Ocean /marine surface.

32 km is a bit of a distance but for ocean topologies, it might be possible. There is very little obstruction. You might want to test out the long range boards with a highly directional antenna. If you know the approximate location of the receiver and if it's stationary, it is likely possible to do that kind of distance.

Its a Coastal distance between India and srilanka. The Distance is 32 KM. It would be great if you can name few Boards for the suits for the coverage..

I would investigate the Freakduino Long Range boards as a first try. I think 32 km might be tough. You would need to use highly directional antennas, BPSK modulation, and the lowest bitrate possible. That would get you the longest range. Here is the link to the boards:
